  • Who do you drive leads from?

    We call on small businesses (under 20 employees). Our first attempt to contact is the owner or the manager of the company, but we will talk to individuals if they are interested and meet our requirements.

  • How much do leads cost?

    $20 for statewide leads and $23 for county specific. These prices are subject to change from time to time, but you’ll always be made aware of the prices before confirming your lead purchase.

  • What is the age range of your leads?

    The age range we accept is 23 to 63 although anyone 26 or under has to be one of; The owner/manager of the company, currently have health insurance that they pay for themselves, or give an alternate phone number to be contacted other than the business.

  • Do you filter for health issues?

    Yes. We filter out cancer, diabetes, heart problems, and anything else major.

  • What is your process when you get a good lead?

    Once the prospect is prequalified, we then ask if it’s okay for an agent to give them a call back. We use the agent’s name and company/agency name within the script so that the prospect knows exactly who will be contacting them.

  • What’s the minimum amount of leads I can order?

    Our minimum is 10 leads per order.

  • Do you ask for cell phone numbers?

    We ask for alternate phone numbers on every call. Getting an alternate number is not mandatory unless it is a prospect that is younger and is not the owner/manager of the business.

  • Is the lead just mine or are you re-selling that lead?

    The lead is yours for 120 days. That is the longest lead exclusive in the market.

  • Do you ask for email addresses?

    We ask for an email address on every call. It’s required to ask, but not required to get for a lead to be good.

  • How are the leads sent?

    Leads are delivered via email in two formats: Excel Spreadsheet and a PDF file.

  • Do you send the leads all at once?

    We can deliver them however you like, but typically we try to deliver all at once. We do not hold leads. If we generate leads for you today, then we will send them out today.

  • What’s the turnaround time on lead orders?

    It all depends on the order size, but generally it will take 1 week for you to start getting leads. We also offer an option to get the leads in 3 business days. The Rush My Order option will add 20% to your order total.

  • Can I add my own filters / customizations to the script?

    The best customization we can offer is using your name and agency name within the script. This lets the prospect know exactly who will contacting them.

  • How do I order leads?

    Visit ProspectAmerica.net. There you will create an account and be able to choose the areas you want the leads from, the amount, and then simply checkout.

  • Do you accept American Express?

    Yes we do! We also accept Visa and Mastercard, as well as digital check / money order.

  • Is there an option to repeat the order automatically?

    For the time being, there is no automated feature for repurchasing leads. If you want leads regularly then you will need to log in to your account and place an order.

  • What is your return policy?

    Any lead you have an issue with that you think you need replaced you can send. There is a link on the website under Replacement Policy which you can fill out for us to review. Our Quality Assurance team will review the lead and email you the results afterwards. If the lead is deemed replaceable we will let you know when you will receive it.
